Returns, scanned and booked.
Scan the order, scan each returned item, pick a reason and confirm. Returns Flow creates the return in your platform, restocks or scraps each unit and refunds the customer.

Returns Flow in five steps, looping: an order number is scanned in and the order opens; the returned hoodie is scanned and its row lights up; pressing 1 picks the reason "Size too small"; Shift books the return and the confirm screen shows a £42.00 refund; Enter restocks and refunds, and the result shows the return created, the item restocked and the customer refunded.
Four steps, one confirm
Today a return means opening the order, finding the line, typing a reason, working out the refund and restocking by hand. With Returns Flow it is a few scans and one confirm.
- Step 1
Scan the order
Type or scan the order number. The order's units appear, one row each.
Scan or ⏎ - Step 2
Scan the items
Scan each returned unit. Its row turns green and the reason dialog opens.
Scan or ↑↓ ⏎ - Step 3
Pick a reason
Press 1 to 9, scan the reason's QR code, or click. Choose restock or scrap for each unit if you want to.
1 to 9 - Step 4
Book it
Press Shift or click Book. The return is created in the platform, the units go back to stock (or are scrapped) and the customer is refunded.

Barcode scanning
Scan the order, the units and even the reason with a USB or 2D scanner. Scanning only mode refuses keyed-in barcodes.
One step to book
Return, restock and refund in a single confirm, using the platform's own refund calculation.
Restock or scrap per unit
Each unit goes back to stock at a chosen location or is written off.
Your platform's return reasons
Shopify's return reason library or your Linnworks RMA reasons. You choose which appear and their key numbers.
Select all and multi-select
A gives every remaining unit the same reason. M picks several.
Partial and repeat returns
Return some units now and the rest later. Units already returned are greyed out.
Customer email
Optionally notify the customer from the confirm step.
Errors that name the order
Platform errors are shown as the platform wrote them.
Runs inside your platform
An embedded app: no separate login, and your data stays in your platform.
Work the way your bench is set up
Every step works with a barcode scanner, the keyboard or a click. Use whichever is quickest at the bench.
Barcode scanning
Scan the order number to load it, then scan each returned unit to select it. Each reason tile has a QR code, so a 2D scanner can pick the reason too.
Turn on Scanning only and units can only be added with the scanner. Typed barcodes, clicks and keyboard selection are refused.
Keyboard shortcuts
Every action also has a key, shown next to its button in the app.
Install it where your orders are
Returns Flow runs inside your platform and uses its own words: RMAs in Linnworks, returns in Shopify.

Questions
Which platforms does Returns Flow work with?
Linnworks today, with Shopify coming soon. It runs inside each one as an embedded app. If you use another platform, tell us.
How much does it cost?
On Linnworks there is one plan: £42, €55 or $65 per month, billed by Linnworks, with a 30-day free trial. On Shopify, Returns Flow will be free at launch.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
It is built for a USB barcode scanner, and every step also works from the keyboard or mouse. Reason tiles carry QR codes for 2D scanners.
Who calculates the refund?
Your platform does. Returns Flow uses the platform's own refund calculation and books the return, restock and refund in one confirm.
Can I return part of an order?
Yes. Return some units now and the rest later. Units already returned are greyed out on the order screen.
Where is my data kept?
Your orders, customers and stock stay in your platform. Returns Flow is an embedded app with no separate login, and keeps only what it needs to run, such as a record of each return booked. The privacy policy has the details.
